
A trained BG FIT technician will ask you a series of questions about your cycling history, goals and your unique physical characteristics. He will then lead you through a dozen tests to evaluate your body's structure, flexibility, and strength and will identify any leg length discrepancies.
He will then analyze your body position and pedal stroke while you are on a bike. This assessment focuses on correct alignment of the rider from the side, top, and front planes, ensuring that you are sitting squarely on the bike and that your hips, knees and feet are properly aligned.
Ensuring that you are sitting squarely on your bike ensures that you are maximizing power output and comfort. Ensuring that your hips, knees and feet are correctly aligned allows you to pedal with maximum power and efficiency, minimal pain and less chance of injury.
